It is a great hotel. I spend there 1 month and I was working from it. Good value for money. Great location and quiet street. It's like 5 minutes from the shopping centre. 7 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes from 7/11. The cleaning lady is very kind. Easy check-in and check-out. All the neighbours were good. Clean sheets and room. Wi-fi was very good. The shower was also great. The AC worked properly. I had the room with the small balcony. Be careful, if you want to close the door you need to press the bottom first inside the room and then close it outside. A lot of tourists struggle with that.

Truly a lovely stay. Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every bit of it. Picked the room with balcony & it was very clean and spacious. Same goes for the bathroom. Located right in the heart of Patong, at walking distance from anywhere really. Staff really really friendly.
